    Please allow 4-5 business days for us to process and ship your order.
  • What should I do if my order is marked as delivered but I can't find it?
    If your order shows as delivered but you can't locate it, please contact your mail carrier for more information.
  • Do you offer refunds?
    We provide store credit only.
  • Do you offer exchanges?
    We do not offer exchanges due to our constantly changing inventory. However, you can return the item and use the store credit to purchase the correct size.
  • What should I do if I receive a damaged item?
    Email us at info@theivorycoastboutique.com with photos of the damage within two days of receiving your order.
