SHIPPING POLICY
If your package is lost in transit, please email us at info@thewhitemagnoliaboutique.net so we can file a claim. Once the investigation is complete and if the package cannot be located, we will either reship your items or, if they are no longer available, issue a refund. Note that USPS mail must be in transit for 15 days before we can file a claim for a missing package.
**Please be aware that we are not responsible for stolen packages. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery, we cannot issue a refund. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.
We are not liable for delays caused by mail carriers and will not refund shipping charges if USPS or UPS fails to meet their guaranteed delivery times. Please reach out to them directly for issues with timely delivery.

Online purchases are eligible for store credit only if returned within 14 business days of receipt.

After 14 business days, returns will not be accepted.

Items purchased on sale or at a discount are final sale.

For hygiene reasons, bodysuits, swimwear, and leggings cannot be returned.

Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase.

Items must be in perfect condition—free from makeup, deodorant stains, perfume, pet hair, cigarette odor, or any other stains.
